The sprinkler system is installed in the entire garden area
including the built-in planters so the lawn and plants can
be remotely watered. Several circulation options are
included in this system.
The central control for this sprinkler system is installed
on the outside wall of the home and contains a timer that
the homeowner can set and reset at any time to control the
start and ending time of the water distribution.
(several

Around the perimeter of the entire house several ditches (approx
80 cm in width) are dug and lined with
tough plastic foil containing holes. The lower half
is filled with pebble stone.
These ditches serve as drainage areas for the rain water
that runs through the gutters from roof and lanai. |

March, 1st - March, 30th 2009
A hedge is planted next to the property line to create
privacy.
The lawn area is prepared. The earth is filled and
straightened and the grass sod is delivered (approx 30cm x
30cm sections).
The landscaping beds in front of the house receive
decorative plants. Pebble rocks are placed around the plants
to prevent the irrigation water from reaching the house
walls. |
