New Construction - Lanai and Pool

October, 15^th - October, 20^th The pool is dug out, prepared with steel supports and poured with concrete.	Click on photo to enlarge
December, 10^th The outer edge of the pool is tiled. Underneath this outer edge a second row of tile is adhered.
December, 28^th - January, 4^th Stone tile is laid on the terrace/lanai. Several drainage areas are installed to prevent water from collecting on lanai.
December, 28^th - January, 4^th Above the lanai area a screen (approx 5meters high) is erected. This screen prevents insects and outside debris, such as leaves, branches etc) to enter the pool area. Rain gutters are installed between the roof and screen area.
February, 15^th A special blue paint is sprayed on the concrete inside walls and shortly there-after the pool is filled with water. The pool pump and pool heating system are installed and hooked up on the side of the home.
March, 4^th - March, 11^th The summer kitchen is erected and receives a coat of stucco. March, 25^th - March, 28^th The granite countertop is installed and the grill and exhaust air fan are fitted and connected.
