The entire roof is insulated with spray foam. Once sprayed
into the roof area the foam stretches into an approx. 8 inch

is applied to the underside of the roof plates in order to
protect the attic as well as all the A/C and electrical
equipment installed there from any harm.
The spray foam is also applied to all holes drilled into the
inside walls up to the ceiling for extra insulation as well
as noise reduction.
The inside walls are insulated with approx. 2.5 inch thick
fiberglass mats.
