Naples offers also various museums, which are well known over state and country. They offer either information about the history of Florida and the Collier County or they show exhibits with American and artifacts from other continents. These are the most important museums:

• Museum of the Arts at the Philharmonie

• Von Liebig Art Museum

• Collier County Museum

• Holocaust-Museum

The well known Teddy-Bear museum was closed in 2005, because there were not enough visitors. All of the nice teddy bears were sold.
