Heritage Bay is one of the newest Golf-Communities in Naples. You will find a very attractive Championship golf course with 27 holes and a lot of water all around. The community is about 675 acres. 553 acres are devoted to lakes, open spaces and golf course. About a third of the condos and the houses is ready.

The community is located at the Immokalee Road about 4 miles east of I-75. To the beaches at the Delnor Wiggins-Naturpark it’s about 10 miles. West and east of Heritage Bay are other golf communities. There are two big lakes between the community and Immokalee Road. 

There is a very good connection to highway and the beaches. It’s possible to reach other attractive places like the Waterside-Shops, Venetian Village or  the Naples-Philharmonic in a short time. It’s also easy to drive to the airport in Fort Myers, the Germain arena or Miromar Outlet Center.
